At The Calitzdorp Station, we value your business and strive to provide a seamless and fair experience for all our guests. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Booking & Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront to secure your reservation.

No booking is confirmed without full payment.

Proof of payment must be submitted to finalize the booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Refunds for cancellations are processed according to the timeline below:

7 or more days before arrival: 100% refund

3 to 6 days before arrival: 50% refund

Less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@thestation-calitzdorp.co.za.
No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive and do not cancel will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking with no refund issued.
Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or shortened stays once checked in.
Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings (e.g., dates or guest numbers) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before check-in.

Additional charges may apply depending on the changes made.
Force Majeure

The Calitzdorp Station is not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions. However, we may offer a date change or credit note at our discretion.
General Terms

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Bank and transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

All guests agree to these terms upon confirming a reservation.
